Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

Although there are many variations of bulletproof coffee, there's a tried and tested recipe that everyone should start with. Everyone is different so naturally you should slowly calibrate the recipe to best fit you. Also, once you've found what works best for you, you can consider adding extra ingredients to supercharge it and make it more potent (with ingredients like cacao, cinnamon, whey protein, and etc.). The tried and tested recipe is as follows:

Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of  High Quality Coffee (mold free)
2. 2tbs of Grass-Fed Butter (Kerrygold Grass-Fed Unsalted Butter is great)
3. 1-2tbs of MCT Oil (refined coconut oil)

Procedure:
The procedure is incredibly simple, just throw it all in a blender (Blendtec's are amazing) and then drink it! There's nothing else to it. Simple eh?

As I've mentioned in other articles, you'll want premium quality product for your bulletproof coffee, otherwise you'll just be filling yourself up with more toxins. The whole purpose of this drink is to replace the bad fats with good fats, and to remove toxins from your body so that you can live a healthier life. If you get cheaper product, you'll definitely feel the difference (in my opinion) so don't be afraid to spend a little extra on this, you'll be glad you did.
